DMCA Notice – Omyzd Football

  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original claim.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless they file a legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
